On September 19^th 2012, a 7-member delegation headed by Le Van Thai from Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and Public Administration Area I (abbrev. to “Area I” below) visited BAI. Mr. Yin Qingyan, Vice president of BAI, met with all the members of the delegation and held a brief discussion with them.

During the discussion, Prof. E Zhenhui, head of the Scientific Research Division of BAI, gave a detailed introduction on the scientific effort of the college, with emphasis on the organization and management of the scientific research projects and achievements. The delegation had an in-depth knowledge on BAI’s research team, talent training, declaration of research projects, incentive policies and other related issues. Mr. Le also introduced briefly their academy’s present situation of scientific research, policies, organization, management, etc.

Both sides agreed that exchanges and discussions are beneficial to deepening understanding of the two colleges in their organization and construction of scientific research. They also wished for enhanced exchanges and cooperation in the future.
