Igor A. Vysokovskiy, the deputy director of the Institute for Far Eastern Studies, Russian Academy of Sciences, led a delegation to visit BAI. Wang Minzhong, the executive vice president of BAI, hosted the reception.

There has been a long history of cooperative partnership between the Institute and BAI, which includes mutual academic exchange programs every year. After visiting Beijing for five days, the delegation headed to Hangzhou and Shanghai to meet the leaders and colleagues of the Administrative Colleges of Zhejiang province and Shanghai, accompanied by Jianxin Fang, the committee member of BAI.
