Led by Dean Lee Dongsoo, Graduate School of Public Policy and Civil Engagement, Kyung Hee University delegation visited BAI from 15^th Sep to 17^th Sep 2011. The delegation also included Mr. Jeong Heon Jong (General Director, GSPPCE), Mr. Lee Yong Hui (Assistant Director), Mr. Namkoong Wook (Repoter from Joongang Daily).

Mr. Wang Jiangyu, Executive Vice President of BAI, received the delegation and had a brief meeting with them. The meeting was also attended by Mr. Zhou Chunming (BAI committee member ), Director Dong Wu (department of Public Administration), Director Liang Jun (department of International Cooperation and Exchanges), Vice director Ma Zhanwen (department of Politics), etc.

The purpose of this visit for the delegation is to learn from the successful experiences of civil servants training in BAI and to introduce good practices thereof to Korea, so that the two sides can exchange ideas and promote mutual cooperation. Mr. Wang Jiangyu introduced the overall situation, setting, financial support and training of civil servants in BAI, especially he elaborated on the programs, length, content and methodology of training. Members of delegation showed a great interest and raised questions on civil official selection, promotion, assessment and training. Furthermore, the possibilities of future cooperation were also discussed during the meeting.
