Ruan Hongshan, President of the third district college of Vietnam Ho Chi Minh National Political and Administrative College, headed a high-level delegation to China on the invitation of Shanxi Administrative College. During his visit in Beijing, BAI Vice President Xu Da met with him and other members of the group and the Director of the Foreign Affairs Office of Shanxi Administrative College, Liu Bo. During the meeting the two sides introduced their own experience of training programs as well as exchanged views on their history, culture, economic development and religion.
