Russian president Naumov Andrey Mihailovich and three officials and professors from Russia National School of Administration visited BAI. Vice-president Yin Qingyan from BAI met the delegation, headed by Mihailovich.    Mr. Yin briefly introduced the history and functions of BAI, including the current training system of civil servants. As both China and Russia bear the responsibility of training cadres and civil servants, aiming to improve their quality and abilities, it is more than necessary to share our experience and learn from each other, Mr. Yin said. He expressed his wish to have further and deeper cooperation between the two nations and colleges. Mr. Mihailovich said he was impressed deeply by the remarkable achievements of China reform and opening up in the last thirty years.
