The Carter Centers Laura Neuman, Access to Information Project Manager, along with three of her colleagues paid a visit to BAI on March 12^th.

        The keynote speaker Juan Pablo Guerrer, a federal information support specialist of Mexico, briefly talked about Mexico’s work on promoting government information openness. He elaborated on the functions of the Mexico’s Federal Committee on Information Openness in regard to ensuring information openness, emphasizing that information technology plays an important role in achieving this goal. His speech entitled “Information Openness and Transparent Government” was warmly welcomed by BAI students. They raised lots of questions.
