In the morning of October 12, Professor Arnold Howitt, a well-known emergency management expert from Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government, was invited to carry out the lecture on "Crisis Leadership in a Post-Pandemic World" through the Zoom platform. The lecture was attended by Liu Honglei, a member of the institute committee, some teachers and graduates.

At the meeting, Professor Howitt introduced in detail the different characteristics of traditional emergencies and world crises, and elaborated on the different levels and diversities of world crises. In particular, he proposed how to deal with traditional emergencies and world emergencies. Different solutions to the crisis have benefited everyone a lot.
