From May 10th to 16th 2017, director of the Vladimir Branch of RENEPA, Kartukhin·Viacheslav headed a delegation to BAI. BAI Executive Vice President Wang Minzhong and Committee Member Zhang Jun welcomed the delegation.

On May 10th, the two sides held talks on issues of common interest. During the meeting, Professor Zhang Jun briefly introduced the civil servant training, policy consultation and international cooperation of BAI. Director Kartukhin gave an introduction about Vladimir Branch and its international projects. The two sides explored the possible cooperation such as visiting scholars, academic exchange, and student exchange in 2018.

On May 11th, BAI held an international academic seminar with the topic of Extremist and xenophobia, the trend of social security and human rights. Faculty members and students from the Department of Law participated in the seminar. The topic raised a heated discussion, and two sides deeply exchanged relevant academic views.

The delegation also visited Shanghai Administration Institute. They experienced the on-the-spot teaching at Shanghai City Planning Museum, the World Financial Center of Lujiazui, and the Shanghai Center.Since signing the Memorandum of Understanding, the two sides have maintained good relationship and will continuously deepen the cooperation.
