As a college oriented to the world, Beijing Administrative College takes active part in International cooperation and exchange, studies useful experience on public administration and civil service training and puts them into practice appropriately. The College has established relationships with administrative colleges and the related institutions in over 20 countries and regions, including: California State University, US University of Georgia, US Baldwin-Wallace College, US Institute of Far East Studies, Russian Academy of Sciences, Russia North-west Academy of Public Administration, Russion Political Sciences Institute of Paris, France Administrative College of NRW, Germany Adam Schall Society for German-Chinese Cooperation, Germany Uppsala University, Sweden University of Udine, Italy Korean Research Institute for Local Administration, Korea University of Canberra, Australia Kanagawa University, Japan National Academy of Public, Administration, Vietnam City University of Hong Kong, China
| Visits from foreign scholars also promote an international atmosphere at the College. As of December, 2004 BAC had received more than 400 groups with over 3,000 overseas visitors. Such academic and cultural exchanges introduce teachers and administrators to new trends in intemational research, and greatly enIive n the College atmosphere. |

Each year, BAC sponsors some faculties to go abroad to lecture, pursue advanced studies, or complete academic research. Since 1993, nearly 1000 teachers, researchers and administrators have participated in more than 200 delegations through this program. They have visited the United States, Canada, Great Britain, France, Germany, Russia, Finland, Sweden, Netherlands, Italy, Belgium, Switzerland, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, India, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and so on.
