Since Beijing Administrative College's establishment, it has been actively training civil servants, improving its methodology, and shaping its place in the educational field. Up to June 2007, the college has graduated over 140 classes of civil servants, trained nearly 14,000 civil servants.  BAC has dedicates itself to promoting team-building among Beijing's civil servants and to assisting with the modernization of China's capital.
