11-17 May, the BAI was honored to host a delegation from Administrative College of NRW of Germany. Ludger Schrapper, the new president of Administrative College of NRW of Germany, together with six professors paid a visit to BAI. The delegation negotiated with the BAI over the new agreement of cooperation with each other. Finally, the two colleges signed a new agreement successfully. The delegation also visited Olympic Green and venues, holed a seminar with Beijing Environmental Protection Administration. Ludger Schrapper talked with us during at Beijing. “A really beautiful country with friendly people, I fell in fantasyland”, he commented his first visit to China as such. “Exchange programs are very beneficial to each other development and make the two colleges become more internationalized in this exchanging process.”
