From Nov. 15 to 16, 2016, two leadership academies from Ethiopia visited BAI. They were counterparts from Oromia Regional State’s Leadership Academy and Addis Ababa Meles Zenawi Leadership Academy. BAI organized a series of meetings, discussions, site visits, and field teaching for them.

The meeting mainly focused on leadership training, education, research and consultation. In order to consolidate their understanding of China’s leadership training, BAI also led the delegation to visit its 2nd Branch School to see how a leadership training institution was working. Professors and management team answered a lot of the questions raised by Ethiopian delegates. Besides, the delegation visited Xinhua 1949, one of BAI’s off-campus training sites, to learn the cultural and creative industry in Beijing, and better understand BAI’s diversified training methods.

Substantial results had been achieved for future cooperation between BAI and Ethiopia academies, and BAI was invited to pay a return visit in the coming year of 2017.
