Beijing Administration Institute(BAI) sent a high-level delegation to The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration Vladimir Branch (RANEPA Vladimir Branch) for academic exchange from May 18th to 23rd, 2016. The delegation consisted of six members including professor Zhu Xiaoqing from the department of economy, professor Li Mingwei from the department of the Party history and Party building, lecturer Pang Yu from the department of leadership, Cheng Shoudi，the director of grass-roots party school affairs department,Qi Cang, the deputy director of the finance division, and Tang Jie, translator and officer from the department of international cooperation and exchange.

BAI and RANEPA Vladimir Branchsigned a memorandum of cooperation in the last year.This visit was the return visit to make in-depth academic exchange.

Members of the delegation participated in academic meeting named “Regional Economy Development”and round table named “Extremism influence to the young people”. Professor Zhu Xiaoqing, Professor Li Mingwei and lecturer Pang Yu delivered the speech in the meeting and gave local TV interviews.

In addition to attending the academic conferences, the delegation visited the national astronauts training center and Academy of Arts in Suzdal.
