Students from University of Georgia visited BAI

From May, 14th to 22nd, 2014, 17 people from the University of Georgia led by Robert Grafstein visited BAI. Vice President Han Jiugen met the delegation. The Department of International Cooperation and Exchange and Department of Postgraduate Students organized and attended various educational activities.

During this visit, the US students listened to introduction about Beijing’s administrative system, historical transformation, culture, geography and about BAI. They also had a tour of the school campus as well as the cemetery of Matteo Ricci and other foreign missionaries. An academic exchange was held by Chinese Academy of Governance. Postgraduate students from BAI presented to the US guests with Chinese catering, tea culture and calligraphy. This visit boosted understanding and friendship between the two sides, especially among young students.
