Executive Vice President Wang Minzhong Led a Delegation to the College of Public Administration of North-Rhine Westphalia (CPANRW)

From May, 26th to 30th, 2013, Executive Vice President Wang Minzhong led six professors from various departments to the College of Public Administration of North-Rhine Westphalia for academic exchanges and field investigation.

Teachers from both sides held in-depth and thorough academic exchanges surrounding the political, economic, social, legal, religious and other issues in China and Germany. Professors, including Ludger Schrapper and Hoffman, delivered keynote speeches under the themes of the system and arrangement of German civil servants training, the idea of public and private partnership and its impact, government support for people suffering from mental disorders, Confucianism and Taoism and so on. On our part, the academic reports covered the causes and solutions of current inadequate consumption in China, the aging population and its economic influence in China, cultural differences between China and the western countries from the perspective of forms of law and others. After academic exchanges, Germany arranged us to visit the city hall of Cologne and Dusseldorf Parliament where we exchanged our views with the Parliament members about local financial revenue and expenditure, local investment, debt burden, remuneration for Parliament members and so on.


During this visit, Wang Minzhong and Ludger Schrapper, President of CPANRW renewed our cooperation agreement to further lay a solid foundation for the longstanding and mutually beneficial cooperation and exchanges of both sides.
