On April 22^nd, 2013, a 6-member delegation headed by Mr. Ngo Ngoc Thang, the present of Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and Public Administration Area I (abbrev. to “Area I” below) visited BAI. Mr. Wang Minzhong, executive vice president of BAI, met with all the members of the delegation. Mr. Zhou Chunming, BAI committee member, hosted a symposium, joined by both faculties.

In the symposium, both sides presented the latest practices and experiences on training cadres and leaders from their own perspectives, as well as holding discussion on political reform, theoretical study on classical works and the capacity building for governmental officials in public administration. Next year will mark the 10^th year anniversary of the establishment of partnership between the two colleges and both sides agreed to hold celebrations and academic exchange activities, to push forward the relationship to a higher level.

The delegation was also accompanied by Mr. Zhou Chunming to visit Shandong province. They were warmly received by the Shandong Administrative College.
