On Oct. 19, an MoU was signed between ourinstitute and Vientiane Capital Politics and Public Administration School (VCPPAS), witnessed by the municipal leaders of both cities.

Since early last year, the twoinstitutes have been carrying out friendly exchanges. In January, 2022, the first online meeting was held, on which the two sides introduced the function and basic information of each other,finding much in common. In June, 2022, a lecture on China’s experience in poverty relief was given by Ms. Liu Xiaoyun. Nearly 400 staff and students from VCPPAS attended the lecture. On March this year, another lecture on the essence of the 20th CPC National Congress was given by Deputy President Zhangjun, allowing more understanding to our Vientiane friends.

The signing of the MoU is a monumental event for deepening cooperation between the twoinstitutes, which have solid friendship and foundation for further cooperation.
