An on-line lecture on20th CPC National Congress was held on the afternoon of March 31 to Vientiane Capital Politics and Public Administration School (VCPPAS), nearly 140staff from Vientiane participating in the lecture, including staff from the Foreign Affairs Office as well as staff and students from VCPPAS.

Deputy President Zhangjun briefed the attendants on the main information of the 20th CPC National Congress, including achievement of CPC during last decade and gave a systematic illustration on the value, principle, strategic arrangement of modernization of Chinese characteristics.

The briefing was responded with good interaction with the attendants and was followed with discussions on how China managed to ensure people’s wellbeing in the modernization process.VCPPAS spoke highly of the briefing and highlighted the everlasting good relations between the two nations and two parties. The two sides held agreement that deepening and further cooperation and exchange would be held in future.
