From July 12th to 15th, Liu Honglei, a member of the institution committee, led a delegation visited Moscow and Vladimir. Professor Hong Xiaoliang, the director of the graduate department, and Tang Jie from the International Cooperation and Exchange Department accompanied the delegation, and the delegation successfully completed all the visiting tasks. The visit was well prepared, with a rich schedule and significant results.

On July 13th, Feng Litao, the Counselor General of the Chinese Embassy in Russia, warmly welcomed our delegation at the Permanent Exhibition Hall at the site of the Sixth National Congress of the Communist Party of China and held formal talks with Liu Honglei. After the talks, Feng Litao introduced the exhibits, our delegation was impressed by the contribution made by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism to the restoration of the site of the Sixth National Congress of the Communist Party of China.

On July 14th, the delegation participated in an international Forum, organized by the Vladimir Branch of RANEPA, which is our long-term partner. The theme of the forum is "Global Challenges and Issues in Improving People's Livelihoods", attended by several prestigious schools from Russia, China, and Central Asian countries. Kartushin, the President, awarded Liu Honglei a certificate as a member of academic club “Dialogue”. Several experts gave keynote speeches, and the attendees had enthusiastic academic discussions.

After the forum, Liu Honglei, on behalf of our institution, signed a memorandum of cooperation with theNational Academy of Administration directly under the President of Tajikistan.The two sides reached an agreement on visits, scientific research, think tank cooperation, and other matters.
