Beijing, October 10, 2023 - A delegation comprising representatives from Vietnam’s provincial administration institutes, organized by Ho Chi Minh National Political Academy, recently visited Beijing Administration Institute for a fruitful discussion and exchange of ideas.

Vice President Li Yunchi of Beijing Administration Institute warmly greeted the delegation led by Ms. Ruan Qingxian, offering a comprehensive overview of the institute’s rich history and notable achievements.

During the meeting, Ms. Ruan Qingxian introduced Vietnam’s three-tier party school system, emphasizing the shared characteristics in teaching methodologies, training programs, and academic research between Vietnamese and Chinese party schools. She expressed her sincere desire for future collaboration between Beijing Administration Institute and party schools across various provinces in Vietnam.

Deputy Director Guo Guangmin from the Training Office, Deputy Director Dong Chengxi from the Research Management Office, Director Li Jinhong from the Administration Institute System Coordination Office, and Vice Secretary Wang Chunhong from the Party Committee took turns introducing the institute’s work in teaching and training, academic research, grassroots party schools, and party building initiatives. Additionally, Mr. He Zhaojin, Executive Vice President of the Party School of Haidian District, and Ms. Qi Jing, Executive Vice President of the Party School of Daxing District, shared their valuable experiences from their respective district-level party schools.

Both parties also engaged in a meaningful exchange of ideas on party school regulations, advanced curriculum development, and efficient management of research projects.
