The delegation headed by Mrs. E Zhenhui, the director of Science and Research Division of BAI, successfully visited the University of Applied Sciences for Public Administration and Management of North Rhine-Westphalia (FHoeV NRW) in Germany and Civil Service College in the United Kingdom from June 30th to July 6th, 2019.

The delegation deliberated some fruitful exchange about further deepening the cooperation, conducted several academic meetings on the system of government governance, grassroots governance, the civil service training and the human resource with Civil Service College and FHoeV NRW.

FhoeV NRW and BAI have a long history of cooperation. During the past 18 years, 180 faculties have visited each other and 20 seminars have been held in the two countries. Both sides have yielded rich cooperation results. The vice president and professors of the Cologne and Munster branch college of FHoeV NRW warmly welcomed this delegation. In addition to meeting with the mayors of the city of Munster and Cologne, the delegation also visited the ministry of internal affairs and the parliament of the state, giving an insight into the mechanism of the German state legislature and state government.
