On 26th Feb, led by Micheal Madiro, Chairman of Zanu Pf Manicaland Province, a 25-member delegation visited BAI. Sun Yiping, Associate Professor of the Department of Politics and Liu Jingdi, Deputy Director of the Department of International Cooperation and Exchange welcomed the delegation and held the meeting with them.

Sun gave a lecture under the topic of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. He introduced Xi’s thought from the background of the times, core points, contents and meaning of the theory. He also talked about new ideas and policies, explained the problems China faced in its development. Liu Jingdi introduced the whole structure of the Party school system in China and focused on explaining the function of the Party School of Beijing Municipal Committee. In the Q & A session, Mr. Madiro asked about how to ensure the continuity of policy implementation and expressed the hope that both sides can explore the ways for cooperation.

After the meeting, the delegation also visits the campus, including library and teaching facilities.
